A rainy day in Phuket We drove in a taxi to a shopping mall to purchase some provisions for our 5-day up-coming snorkeling trip. I wore my boots, rain pants, and rain jacket. I came prepared for rain and I was glad to have a chance to try all this stuff on . Once in the store I felt like an over- stuffed panda bear but when we came out it was still raining and I was glad to have it all on. Traveling can be so complicated but it has it’s really fun moments. I just wonder how my body will adapt to a diet of Pad Thai Noodles! It’s my fave and they have it everywhere here- also the coconut soup. What a travel perk! My husband keeps me laughing and it’s a good thing we get along well because we are glued together at the hip.
