Wrapping up India (from Annie)

Rikisesh is a marvelous wonderland to get lost in. Allynn and I are enjoying ashram life here and I could imagine staying here for a long time. Tho soon the summer will bring very hot weather. We are leaving this amazing country a week from today. Last week we absolutely adored taking all the wonderful yoga classes at the Yoga Festival here. We were both captivated by the Reiki classes. So now we know a bit about hands on healing. I adore Gurmuchk’s Kundalini classes, Jivamukti’s, and the basic Hatha yoga classes. This week we are delving into the intense and secret world of Kriya yoga- which is not written down in a book – only transmitted by teacher to student. I am most amazed that Allynn is taking this 12 day course with me! I found a tough Ashtanga class, taught by a young Ashtanga master on steroids. Lots of fun- reviewing my Mysore experience. I am so grateful neither one of has been really sick here and all in all it has been a trip of a life time. I am only sorry I didn’t come to this world sooner. We are returning to Delhi for a few days- Allynn has a show there and home next Tuesday! Love to You All!
